PRESS RELEASE:   In January of 2023 NC introduced its 2nd generation model BAC2.  This unit binds acute angles with greater ease. In addition, it is capable of binding thicker carpets and has a higher needle lift.  Direct Link BAC2          The original BAC is no longer available new.  However, we often have reconditioned units available for purchase $6000 complete with a new and fully assembled servo motor workstation.  

Our Ultimate Cornering model BAC is designed to bind tough inside corners, radiuses, and 180 degree turns with ease.  Made in the USA, this unit is engineered to bind difficult angles much easier than standard carpet binders.  It's traditionally employed by aircraft, marine, auto mat, helicopter, and RV interior workrooms.  Many of our custom carpet workrooms have also purchased it over the years to bind round rugs & rugs with acute angles.   The BAC is bobbinless, self-oiling, and setup with our 11/4” Poly or Sunbrella Tape attachment.  The BAC is a custom designed carpet binding machine for aircraft carpet, auto mats, marine carpet, and RV carpet.
