Our USA Made twin needle, 4 thread GeoMonster sewing machine is a chain lock sewing machine that's built on the Union Special 80700.   It’s equipped with our patented rear puller system which provides twice the pulling power of stock setups.  This geosynthetic sewing machine is so powerful that it pulls itself through the material. The Twin needle GeoMonster is designed for both outdoor and indoor use.  This unit is capable of going up slight grades and is capable of closing any geosynthetic material with absolute ease.  This geosynthetic sewing machine sew landfills, tarps, covers, bags, etc.  It’s also capable of sewing sports turf, entrance mats, carpet, netting, & most any sewing application.

These units can be setup on 69, 92, 138, 210, 270, and even as thick as 415.  We'll custom set the unit for your exact requirement at no additional charge. You're more than welcome to ship your materials in for testing/setup. 

Available Setups/Variations:

a. It's $1000 less if you'd like this setup on a table servo motor workstation versus the cart.  Price $9950.

b. An additional $1000 less if you'd like it setup without the rear puller system.
