Our 2nd Genaration BAC Our Ultimate Cornering Carpet Binder has arrived.  It's faster, more industrial, and binds acute carpet angles with even greater ease.  The BAC2 is designed to bind tough inside corners, radiuses, and 180 degree turns.  Made in the USA & Japan, this BAC2 unit is engineered to bind difficult angles much easier than standard carpet binders.  Like the 1st Generation BAC, it's employed by custom auto mat, aircraft carpet, marine, helicopter, and RV interior workrooms.  Many of our custom carpet workrooms have also purchased BAC's over the years to bind round rugs & rugs with acute angles.   The BAC2 is bobbinless, self-oiling, and setup with our 11/4” Poly or Sunbrella Tape attachment.  The carpet for this video has been provided by Aircraft Interior Products- KS & Douglass Interior Products- WA
