The HS is a revolutionary portable carpet serger designed to emulate that ‘handmade serge’ look.  It generates a minimal edge carpet border that designers and mills have craved for years.  This handmade rug machine serges roughly 1/3 the depth of our standard carpet serge and is about ¼ the overall thickness.  The stitches for this unit are fully adjustable to your preference and desired finish.  The operator will be able to adjust the stitch length as well as the depth of stitch.    If you’re looking to achieve a minimal edge serged carpet border, the HS handmade rug machine is the perfect fit.  You can achieve a more refined serge and also generate a rough look.  Vary the look for custom rugs with this one of a kind carpet serger.  The HS handmade rug sewing machine is built off our heavy duty 81200 carpet serger mainframe and is also available in a table model setup.
