How To Sew Washable Rugs?  Model NC252 is a high speed carpet overlocker employed by carpet mills and high volume custom rug workrooms that place an emphasis on production.  It's most often employed for overlocking washable rugs, runners, small rugs, auto mats, throw rugs, etc.  The washable rugs sector has taken off in since 2020 and the charge has been led Ruggable.  Ruggable employs over 100 NC252 heavy duty overlocker machines world-wide.  

The NC252 industrial overlock sewing machine is a self-oilier with fully automatic lubrication and provides a gorgeous wrap around finish. It will arrive to your facitliy sewn off, tested extensively, and ships complete with a fully assembled servo motor table model workstation.  This heavy duty overlocker 2-3 times faster than traditional carpet sergers.  Available options: rear puller, trimming knives, & air blower system for shaggy rugs.

1.  NC252L -  'Single thread' high speed carpet serger  $5500

2.  NC252K -  High speed 2 thread overlock carpet serger with knives.  ( Same as NC252 shown here + cutting knives )  $5850  

3.  NC252C-  High speed 2 thread rug serger for acute angles, inside turns, circle rugs, seat tracks, etc.  Setup for optimal maneuverability $6000.  Typically employed for auto mats and aircraft interiors that encounter acute angles and change of direction sewing.
