VIP Aicraft Carpet is most often setup with a 2 thread wrap around serge with tape underlay.  The 2 Thread VIP setup can also generate a standard 3 thread finish where the yarn wraps to the edge.  Our patented tape underlay feature doesn't allow the carpet pile to come through and provides a gorgeous finish.  Commerical aircraft carpet sergers are setup with 3 threads.  We can custom set your NC 81200AIR with 3 thread, 2 thread, tape underlay, and even a rear puller.  All NC Sergers can apply wool yarn, 554 poly yarn, cotton serging yarn,  & polyester serging yarn.
