The 81200SM carpet manufacturing machine generates sewn mitered carpet corners in seconds. It miters our 3” and 5” wide border tapes or you may employ your own tapes. In addition to mitering, you may perform all your standard carpet binding jobs with this unit. Carpet mills employ this carpet manufacturing machine in order to avoid hand mitering high volume jobs. The 81200SM provides that high end look without all the by-hand labor costs. The 81200SM is built on our most powerful carpet binding machine mainframe.  It’s bobbinless and equipped with a top and bottom rear puller system that ensures sewing any carpet style with ease.
